SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Rae Wellness products within the United States only.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently offer:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Rae Wellness is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Issues

If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or around your delivery location.
  2. Wait 1–2 days, as packages may be prematurely marked as delivered.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier.
