When we launched Rae, my goal was simple: make high-quality, effective wellness products accessible to women everywhere, without compromise and without the price tag that kept so many out.

Rae grew quickly, serving more than 4.5 million customers and landing on the shelves of major retailers nationwide.

But fast growth can stretch any young company in ways that are hard to anticipate. 

A combination of retail execution challenges outside of our control and a misalignment with a key partner created extended out-of-stocks. We couldn’t keep up with demand. It became clear we needed to step back, rebuild, and put Rae on a stronger foundation before moving forward.

Even in our silence, you, our customers, didn’t disappear. Thousands of your emails came in every week asking where we’d gone. Tens of thousands of you kept visiting our site each month, even with nothing to buy.

That unwavering loyalty made the decision for me.

I reacquired Rae, restructured the company, and rebuilt it. This time, we’ve addressed the challenges head-on:

  • Operational Strength: We’ve strengthened our supply chain with multi-month rolling inventory secured.

  • Aligned Partnerships: Every partner now shares our mission to prioritize women and make wellness accessible.

  • Capital Stability: The resources and structure to invest for the long term, no shortcuts, no compromise on quality.

The mission hasn’t changed. The products haven’t changed. What’s changed is our foundation.

We’ve been given a rare second chance. Not just to return, but to return stronger, smarter, and better equipped to serve. And I intend to make the most of it.

To every one of you who kept showing up even when we weren’t on the shelves: thank you. You’re the reason Rae is back. And this time, we’re here to stay.
