  • What is your return policy?

    We love the products we’ve made and hope you do, too. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt. You can contact us at any time by e-mailing help@raewellness.co.

    When purchasing items as part of a Buy Two, Get One promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.

  • Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We hope to ship internationally shortly.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free for orders $20 and more. For orders under $20, shipping is $2.99.

  • How long does it take for an order to ship?

    We fill orders as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days. COVID-19 may affect transit times.

  • Where can I find my tracking?

    We’ll send you an order confirmation email and a tracking confirmation when it ships. If you have any issues, email us at  help@raewellness.co.

  • What if I didn't receive my confirmation email?

    It sounds like we might need to help, reach out to our customer service team at help@raewellness.co with your full name and mailing address so we can track down your order.

  • Can I edit an address on my order, after it's shipped?

    elp@raewellness.co. We'll need to help you with that, reach out to us at and we’ll help. (The sooner, the better!)

  • What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

    In this instance, we find that most of the time your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. Double check those places and with your people, and if it's still not found, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at help@raewellness.co.

  • How do I update my credit card information?

    Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”. Now that you are viewing your subscription, select “Billing Information” and “View/Update Card”. Update your card information accordingly and be sure to “Update” your updates prior to exiting the screen.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

  • Where do I enter my promo code?

    In your final stage of check out, you will see a box that says "discount code" where you can apply your promotion. Our promotions are always only eligible for non-subscription orders.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Some banks can take some banks up to 10 days to post refunds.

  • Why did I receive another Vegan Collagen Boost Powder this month?

    Our Vegan Collagen Boost is a 15-day supply that renews every 15 days. If you want a full month supply, order two in your subscription and move the shipping date to the end of the month.
