  • How does a Rae Wellness subscription work?

    You can start a subscription with any Rae Wellness product. You decide how often your subscription is delivered, and you can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. 

    Based on the product, their subscription cycle will vary slightly. Powders arrive every 15 days, capsules arrive every month, and drops arrive every other month. 

  • I'm having trouble logging in, can you help?

    We can help you with this. Reach out to our customer service team at help@raewellness.co with your full name and we'll help you customize your subscription.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”. Now that you are viewing your subscription, you select product to cancel your subscription.

  • How do I manage my subscription renweal date?

    Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”. Now that you are viewing your subscription, you can manage each product to change the date to when you would like it renewed.

  • How do I update my address?

    Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”. Now that you are viewing your subscription, select “Billing Information” and update you address. Make sure your changes are saved!

  • How can I update my subscription renewal frequency?

  • Does free shipping apply to subscription orders?

    If your order is $20 or more you will receive free shipping, all other orders will be charged $2.99.
